Grind
Diamond grinders open the concrete pores so the epoxy bonds chemically, not just mechanically.

Hand grinders and edgers cut into every corner, wall line, and control joint the big planetary machine can't reach. The edges are where the craftsmanship shows.
Tape
Every baseboard, wall, and transition is masked so the coating stops in a crisp, deliberate line — no overspray, no slop.
Pour
Epoxy base coat goes down, then the flake or metallic system is applied to ensure everything cures together.
Seal
A topcoat of clear polyaspartic seals the floor hard — UV-stable, chemical-resistant, traffic-ready.

Can you coat a facility without shutting down operations entirely?
Often, yes — we can phase larger floors in sections or schedule around your hours. Tell us your constraints when you request a quote and we'll work out a plan.
What's the difference in spec between a warehouse floor and a retail floor?
Mainly broadcast density and topcoat thickness — a warehouse floor taking forklift traffic needs a heavier build than a boutique retail floor. We size the spec to what actually crosses the floor.
Do you work with property managers and general contractors, or only the business owner directly?
Either — tell us who's coordinating the job and we'll work with them.
How do you handle a facility with multiple floor types, like a loading dock, showroom, and office?
