Absolute Concrete Coating & Cleaning

Pressure Washing

Algae, mildew, and years of weather washed off your home's exterior — siding, brick, and trim brought back to clean, top to bottom.

A home's exterior takes the weather year-round — algae greening the shaded wall, mildew creeping up the siding, grime dulling the brick. A garden hose won't touch it, and a rented machine on the wrong setting does more harm than good. We wash house exteriors with the same discipline we bring to coating floors: pressure matched to the material, methodical coverage, no damage. Driveways, walks, and patios get the same treatment when you want the whole property brought back at once.

WHY IT WORKS

More than a rinse.

Safe on siding

Vinyl, wood, brick, fiber cement — pressure, nozzle, and distance matched to the material, so paint, caulk, and trim stay exactly where they belong.

Lifts the growth, not just the stain

Algae, mold, and mildew come off the surface — not smeared around it. The house is clean, not just wet.

Curb appeal, restored

A washed exterior changes how the whole house reads from the street — siding brightens, brick sharpens, and the property looks cared for again.

Even, streak-free results

Consistent overlap, flow, and technique — no wand stripes across the siding, no zebra lines on the drive.

One crew, the whole exterior

Siding, brick, walkways, and the driveway in one visit — the whole property, one standard.

RESIDENTIAL

For homeowners.

House exteriors are the heart of it: siding, brick, and trim washed clean of algae, mildew, and street grime. It's the fastest way to make a home look cared for again — and it's maintenance, not just cosmetics, because organic growth holds moisture against the surface it grows on. Add the driveway, walks, or patio and the whole property comes back at once.

COMMERCIAL

For facilities and businesses.

First impressions at a business start outside. We wash building exteriors, storefronts, and entryways — including the grime, gum, and buildup that routine janitorial work never touches. Scheduled washing keeps the property presentable year-round without anyone having to think about it.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Answers before you ask.

Will pressure washing damage my siding?

It can — at the wrong pressure. Blasting vinyl or wood at concrete-level pressure forces water behind the panels and strips paint. We match pressure, nozzle, and distance to the material and dial it down on delicate surfaces. Surfaces are our whole trade — we don't damage the thing we work on.

What's the difference between pressure washing and power washing?

The terms get used interchangeably, and for most jobs they mean the same thing. What actually determines the result is flow, nozzle selection, technique, and using the right cleaner for the stain — that's where the difference between a rental-machine afternoon and a professional wash shows up.

How often should a house exterior be washed?

It depends on exposure. Shaded walls that hold moisture grow algae faster, and a tree-lined lot collects more than an open one. We'll look at your home and tell you straight whether a yearly wash or something less frequent makes sense — no upsell.

Do you only wash houses?

House exteriors are the focus, but driveways, sidewalks, patios, pavers, brick, and commercial exteriors all get the same treatment. If you have a surface in mind, mention it when you request a quote and we'll tell you whether it's a fit.
